Experience and Knowledge

Experience : 1-4yrs

     * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Masters/PhD is a plus

    * Strong understanding of CS fundamentals (data structures, algorithms and programming languages)

    * Fluency in day-to-day development on Linux platform. Familiarity with C++/Java IDEs like Net beans or Eclipse a plus

    * Firsthand experience developing distributed/scalable systems and high-volume transaction applications in a 24/7 environment.

    * Understanding of performance/space tradeoffs and browser compatibility issues.

    * Understanding of Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOA/OOD) and Design Patterns.

    * Strong leadership skills, sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.
