Analysis about 'Comfort Zone' and stepping out of it !

Readers,

I have read somewhere that a good reader is always a good leader. So doesn't matter you are a leader of some team/group/community or not, I wish you lead your life well towards the goal.

It was my immense desire to write about '
Comfort Zone' since very long and I used to tell my close ones that I will surely write that soon.

Say fortunately or unfortunately, the day has come and I am now into the zone of challenges.
"Someday, you have to Start Working To Fulfill Your Dreams, Otherwise Some Day Someone Will Put You in Work To Fulfill their Dreams!"

One should always have some Primary goal and I believe strongly that I have one and I am really capable of doing it. I believe that
"Comfort zones are most often expanded through discomfort."

We all have a
Comfort Zone where everything feels safe and familiar.

We tend to not want to venture beyond it, however if we allow ourselves to stay there we will not be challenged, experience personal growth, or learn new and exciting things.
In other words, we would stagnate.

"
Nobody ever died of discomfort, yet living in the name of comfort has killed more ideas, more opportunities, more actions, and more growth than everything else combined. Comfort kills! "

The Comfort Zone is our living, work, and social environments that we have grown accustom too.

The
Comfort Zone is a behavioral state within which a person operates in an anxiety-neutral condition, using a limited set of behaviours to deliver a steady level of performance, usually without a sense of risk.

A person's personality can be described by his or her comfort zones. Highly successful persons may routinely step outside their comfort zones, to accomplish what they wish. A comfort zone is a type of mental conditioning that causes a person to create and operate mental boundaries. Such boundaries create an unfounded sense of security.
"We cannot become what we want to be by remaining what we are."

To step outside a person's comfort zone, they must experiment with new and different behaviours, and then experience the new and different responses that then occur within their environment.

"No Pain, no Gain"

I've got a poem and you will surely like it I suppose.

=============================================

I used to have a Comfort Zone where I knew I wouldn't fail.
The same four walls and busywork were really more like jail.
I longed so much to do the things I'd never done before,
But stayed inside my comfort zone and paced the same old floor.
I said it didn't matter that I wasn't doing much.
I said I didn't care for things like commission checks and such.
I claimed to be so busy with the things inside the zone,
But deep inside I longed for something special of my own.
I couldn't let my life go by just watching others win.
I held my breath; I stepped outside and let the change begin.
I took a step and with new strength I'd never felt before,
I kissed my Comfort Zone goodbye and closed and locked the door.
If you're in a Comfort Zone, afraid to venture out,
Remember that all winners were at one time filled with doubt.
A step or two and words of praise can make your dreams come true.
Reach for your future with a smile; Success is there for you!
==============================================
My personal request to you would stay as to not follow what I said here but only the positive energy and motivation. Don't get excited and jump out of it, it won't be called a LEAP, but a jump. You have to take a high leap and grow higher and better.

"
You dont have to be better than everyone, you just have to be better than you ever thought you could be!
"
Yours Sincerely,
Jay Vora.

Great tips here. It is all about hooking your reader and keeping them there. Unlike what they taught you in grade school you definitely want to front-load and lead with your best stuff. It is all writing to attract.
